Policies:
I promise that each and every bead you buy from me has been made by me in my Houston studio and that it has been kiln annealed and properly cleaned. I am proud to put my name on every bead I make and want you to love them as much as I do. I am a self-representing artist.
How much does shipping cost? Regardless of where you live or how many items you buy from me (that I can ship together) shipping is just $2.50. If your order is over $100 I will purchase insurance for you. I cannot insure international packages, but my flat rate of $2.50 per order also applies to international orders as well.
What shipping methods do you use? I ship everything through the US mail. All domestic packages are sent First Class Mail and international packages are sent First Class International. I wrap your beads or jewelry in tissue paper, place it in a cotton-lined jewelry box and mail it in a bubble mailer. This is a very cost effective and safe way to ship beads. If you want your package sent Priority Mail I can do so for an additional cost.
How often do you ship? I send out domestic packages every day and international packages about two to three times a week.
What forms of payment do you accept? My preferred form of payment is PayPal, however I also accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express as well as Money Orders. I do not accept personal checks unless you check with me in advance.
Do you sell wholesale? No, all of my prices are retail prices.
Do you accept returns? Yes. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your beads and if for any reason you aren’t you can return them to me for a full refund. The only thing I ask is that you make me aware that you want to return them and that you wrap them as well as I wrapped them when I sent them to you. Upon safe receipt of the beads I’ll gladly issue your refund. Just a note: in all of my years of selling beads I have yet to have a single client ask for a refund, but it has always been my policy to offer a full money back guarantee if you don’t love your beads.
